X-19 wristbands are made from high quality molded silicone that can be easily washed with a little soap and water. When refilling the wristband, do not overfill it or you may risk damaging the internal containment system.

When you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. We aim to ship out orders on the day of confirmation.

Once it’s shipped, you’ll get another email with the shipping information and a tracking number.

If you need to change a size or shipping address, please contact us right away! We have a small window before shipping where we can make changes, but we can’t guarantee we’ll catch it in time.

Unfortunately, we only ship our products within Thailand for now.

Although we are hard at work broadening our reach so stay tuned! We’ll get there shortly.

We aim to get every order shipped within the day. After that, express shipping takes 1-3 business days.

We’re happy to make wristband size exchanges or refund unwanted items within 7 days of delivery, just reach out to us at support@projectX-19.com

When we receive your unused item in its original packaging, we’ll swap it for another item or issue a refund.

*Each product is inspected upon return and should have no visible signs of wear and in their original packaging.

For Returns

Send us a mail within 7 days of delivery to start the process. You’re responsible for shipping the items back to us.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

For Exchanges

Send us a mail within 7 days of delivery to start the process. You’re responsible for shipping the items back to us.

Let us know the new size you would like instead, and we’ll send out the exchange right away with complimentary shipping!

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please send us pictures or video of the damaged item and we’ll be happy to replace it.

All our items are shipped with tracking numbers. Send us a mail and we’ll do everything we can to help find your package.

We accept debit and credit cards, internet banking at major Thai banks, PromptPay, and TrueMoney wallet.

We currently only accept payment in Thai Baht. If your credit card or payment choice uses another currency, your bank will apply their conversion rate into Thai Baht.

Great question! Right now, X-19 products are only available for purchase online through this website.

Project X-19 started as a small group of people that just wanted to help.

We realised we could use our love of design to create impactful products that not only ease life in the new normal, but also give back to society to make a difference in peoples’ lives.

We plan to develop more products that can make life in this new normal a little easier.

We also plan to expand to more countries for giving back. Particularly in places hit hardest by COVID-19.

Clearly it has to be the X-19 teal.
